Dalau are constantly investing in the latest technology. With quality at the forefront of everything they manufacture, Dalau need to ensure that the parts they manufacture are of high accuracy, consistency and traceability.
Dalau were looking to upgrade some of their old measurement machines to the latest technology, and made contact with VICVISION UK to explore their turned-part measurement solutions.

Dalau invested in the Metrios, Metrios Cross and two Metrios HD machines. Metrios provides fast and accurate, optical measurement systems at the push of a button and touch of a screen to drive increased efficiency and reduce scrap.
“If a customer is asking for 100% inspection, you’ve got to be fast. The Metrios has proven to be extremely successful, the accuracy is incredible. You can put 15 components on the Metrios machine at once and it’ll measure them in 4.5 seconds,” said David.
